Founder Freedom Blueprint Value Promise

Before your kickoff

You may cancel before your paid Blueprint kickoff begins for a full refund. If your schedule changes, you may reschedule once, subject to availability.

What participation means

The Blueprint is built from the real recurring work behind your Score. To deliver it, we need you to attend the paid kickoff, provide the information you agree to provide, and make reasonable efforts to connect us with the key employees closest to the work when those conversations are needed.

If you cannot continue or those inputs are not available, tell us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule the work. The value promise applies once CapacityOS has been able to complete and deliver your written Blueprint.

What this promise does and does not cover

This is a promise about the quality and usefulness of the Blueprint itself. It does not promise a particular revenue result, number of hours saved, software outcome, or business result. You remain responsible for the business decisions you make after receiving the recommendation.

Billing mistakes, including an accidental duplicate payment, are always reviewed separately and corrected when confirmed.

Your Blueprint credit

Buy your next CapacityOS service within 14 calendar days of purchasing the Blueprint and receive one $500 credit toward that next purchase. One credit applies per client and it does not stack.

What happens next

The Blueprint gives you a written recommendation about the first CapacityOS product to consider: Users to Operators or a Capacity System. You decide whether to buy that recommended product after you receive the Blueprint.
