Public Cohort Enrollment Terms
These terms apply to the CapacityOS Users to Operators Public Cohort. The cohort is a four-week live, hands-on build program for participants from more than one company.
Full refund at least 15 business days before the cohort begins.
Email beth@capacity-os.com at least 15 business days before your scheduled first session for a full refund of your Public Cohort payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
If your plans change closer to the start
If you notify CapacityOS less than 15 business days before your scheduled first session, but before the first session begins, you may transfer once to a later available Public Cohort. This is a transfer, not a cash refund.
Once the first session begins, Public Cohort payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
What you are enrolling in
The Public Cohort includes four weeks of live build sessions, with two hours of live sessions each week and two to three hours of applied work. Each person brings a real work problem and builds a useful tool for their own job.
A working tool is an AI-enabled workflow that helps a person do real work in their own job. It is not a custom software build or production integration.
Working Tool Guarantee
Every person in the four-week cohort builds a working AI-enabled tool for their own job. If they can't finish it, CapacityOS finishes it for them.
Recorded sessions and safe examples
Public Cohort sessions are recorded. Do not bring client information, passwords, private data, or anything you would not want other participants to view. Use approved, de-identified examples instead.
What these terms do and do not promise
CapacityOS promises the program and applied support described here. These terms do not promise a particular revenue result, number of hours saved, software outcome, or business result. You and your employer remain responsible for what you choose to build and how you use it.
